Refund Policy

At EBI Clothing, all of our products are made-to-order in collaboration with our fulfillment partner PODpartner. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or shipping details submitted during checkout. Please ensure that your order information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery (before your order status is marked as “Complete”). To ensure prompt assistance, include the following in your request:

Clear photos or videos of the defect or issue
You may reach out to us via privacy@ebiclothing.com. Once verified, we will proceed with a replacement or refund in accordance with our after-sales policy, depending on the issue.

Before production starts, orders can be cancelled directly from the Order Details page.

Once production begins, you may request a refund or report an issue by clicking “Contact us” on the Order Details page.

Alternatively, you can scroll to the bottom of our website and reach us through Messenger or WhatsApp in the “Contact Us” section.
